What the texts are for
Swanson Sand & Gravel uses text messaging to answer quote requests, confirm material and pricing, and let you know about delivery times. These are conversations about your own job, not advertising.
How you sign up
You are opted in when you do one of these:
- You text us first at (779) 270-0500.
- You tick the box on our quote form that reads: "Text me about my quote at the number above. Msg & data rates may apply, message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help." The box is optional; you can still send the form without it and we will call you instead.
- You give us your number when you call or order and ask us to text you.
We never buy phone numbers and we never text people who have not contacted us.
Message frequency
It varies with your job. Most customers get a handful of messages about a single quote or delivery.
Cost
We do not charge for texts. Message and data rates may apply from your own mobile carrier.
Stopping texts
Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting that number. You will get one confirmation, and no further messages.
Reply HELP for help, or call us at (779) 270-0500.
Stopping texts does not cancel your order. We will phone you instead.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages may not be delivered if your phone is off or out of service.
Privacy
See our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties.
