Swanson Sand & Gravel ("we", "us") sells and delivers aggregate materials. This policy explains what we collect when you contact us, what we do with it, and what we never do with it.
What we collect
- What you send us. Your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the delivery address, and the details of what you need, whether you use the quote form, call, or text us.
- Call and text records. Our phone line is operated through Twilio. Calls may be recorded as voicemail, and text messages are stored so we can answer them.
What we do with it
- Quote your job, schedule deliveries, and answer your questions.
- Contact you about your request by phone, text, or email.
- Keep normal business records, such as invoices and delivery tickets.
We do not use your information to advertise to you unless you ask us to, and we do not sell it.
Text messaging
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties.
If you text us or tick the box on the quote form asking us to text you, we will text you about your quote or delivery. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with your job. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. See our Text Messaging Terms.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that make our phone and website work, and only so they can provide that service:
- Twilio — our phone and text messaging provider.
- Supabase — stores quote requests sent through the website.
- Vercel — hosts the website.
We also share information when the law requires it. We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and job records as long as we need them for the work and for our business and tax records, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Call or email us using the details below and we will take care of it.
Children
Our website and services are for adults doing business with us. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Terms of sale
Quotes, delivery and payment are covered by our Terms & Conditions.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
